Marin Endodontics in Greenbrae is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join a busy specialty practice, supporting Greenbrae and Mansfield locations as needed. You will handle front desk duties, patient records, calls, emails and coordination with the team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and a proactive problem-solver with a high school diploma, able to sit/stand for extended periods and travel between offices as required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Comfort with office equipment and clerical tasks.
• Willingness to travel between Greenbrae and Mill Valley.

Responsibilities
