Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is hiring a Personal Shopper for our Go To Go online ordering program in Wilkesboro, NC. You will efficiently pick guest orders, greet customers, and ensure accurate fulfillment while maintaining a friendly, energetic approach.

You’ll work with handheld devices, learn store systems, and support in-store promotions and community outreach as part of a fast-paced eCommerce team.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read, understand information, and take direction.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate with supervision and take direction effectively.
• Comfort with computers and handheld devices; basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic system or mechanical issues with support.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests' orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently while picking, staging, and fulfilling orders.
• Greet guests and review orders for accuracy.
• Bag, handle, and load orders safely and correctly.
• Record any variances on the guest pick list.
• Keep records related to the program and store processes.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software.
• Maintain the LFTG station and equipment.
• Communicate service issues to support and management.
• Promote the program in-store and assist with marketing activities.
• Contribute to community outreach and in-store guest services as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Fulfill other duties assigned by management.
