Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with impairments to maximize functional abilities.

You will design and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on prevention and management of conditions. The role requires a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelor’s in physical therapy, PA or NJ PT license, BLS/CPR certification, and at least one year of outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree, masters or bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• BLS/CPR certification required (within 30 days of hire).
• Current Physical Therapist license in PA or NJ, based on work location.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive initial evaluations and creates treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Provides skilled interventions using appropriate techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Collaborates with patients to set short- and long-term goals.
• Maintains patient records with evaluations, progress, and status updates.
• Educates patients and families on prognosis and care options.
• Supervises PTAs and students as assigned.
