Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with impairments to maximize functional abilities. You will design individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on prevention and management strategies.

The role involves comprehensive initial evaluations, tailored interventions, goal setting with patients, and collaboration with care teams to improve outcomes and access to care across the network.

Qualifications

• Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum one year of outpatient physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive initial evaluations to identify deficits and develops a plan of care.
• Provides skilled interventions tailored to patient needs using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Educates patients and families on prognosis and care options.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and students as assigned.
• Participates in quality improvement and professional development.
