Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales experience.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive correspondence from customers and vendors and respond timely.
• Enter purchase orders and manage order invoicing and status.
• Expedite deliveries and communicate order progress.
• Maintain backlog accuracy and shipped-not-invoiced reports.
• Support accounting with problem invoices and returns.
• Uphold JHC TCC standards; attend trainings and participate in team efforts.
• Procure product information and collaborate with Inside Sales.
