Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice with compact license transfer within 60 days of start.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025 update.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience verification and degree will be checked.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, social, and psychological status of patients and gather information from the care team.
• Plan and develop an individualized care plan with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care through coordination of an interdisciplinary team and resources.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the plan to meet goals and outcomes.
• Promote professionalism, legal/ethical standards, and proper documentation.
