The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the OR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and uphold high standards of professionalism and documentation. A BSN and active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice with compact licenses transferred within 60 days.
• Less than 12 months experience requires BSN within four years of hire.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 04/27/2025 update; earlier hires follow prior rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status using the nursing process.
• Plan individualized care, involve patient and family, provide education.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and plan transitions.
• Implement care and delegate actions to the team per plan.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise the care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, adhere to ethics and licensure, document accurately.
