Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025 update; degree from accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using physical, social, and psychological status.
• Plan and coordinate individualized care with patient, family, and team.
• Implement care and supervise/coordinate the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
