Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join a fast-paced surgical team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within an interdisciplinary setting, delivering safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice with compact licenses transfer requirement within 60 days.
• BSN required; BSN must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 2025-04-27 update; prior hires kept existing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and update care plans as needed.
• Promote professionalism, legal/ethical standards, and accurate documentation.
