Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join our fast-paced site operations. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

This role requires physical activity, standing for shifts, and ability to work across 1st-3rd shifts. The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work flexible hours, familiarity with basic web-based tools, and a positive, team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and flexible hours.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use web-based tools (e.g. Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive pallets and verify inventory against orders.
• Manage inventory, re-shelving, and waste control.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations and stand for long periods.
