The role involves sample accessioning, data entry, order fulfillment, shipping, customer and distributor inquiries, and general lab support. Strong organizational skills and HIPAA awareness are essential for contributing to accurate records and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in office, administrative or customer-service roles preferred.
• Healthcare-setting or insurance-billing experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle DNA sample accession, data entry and record keeping.
• Process order fulfillment and shipping execution.
• Answer phone calls from customers and distributors.
• Provide customer service support and schedule appointments.
• Maintain inventory, organize files, and prepare reports.
• Help in laboratory with samples and kit organization.
• Communicate with account representatives about sample status.
• Ensure office cleanliness and organize office and lab spaces.
• Assist with general errands and administrative tasks as needed.
