Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a Lab Assistant to ensure accurate intake, processing and management of DNA testing cases. You will maintain chain-of-custody, enter client data into LIS, and support timely case resolution while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

The role requires data-entry accuracy, ability to multitask, and teamwork to coordinate with Laboratory Operations and Customer Service. Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of data entry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet production goals in a high-volume environment.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and typing skills.
• Strong accuracy and compliance, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming sample packages with chain of custody.
• Input and audit patient and contract information into LIS.
• Manage case assignments, track progress, and close cases.
• Prepare and send final reports and affidavits timely.
• Collaborate with Laboratory Operations and Customer Service to resolve cases.
• Attend team meetings and training on policies and procedures.
