Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of cash handling experience or equivalent.
• General computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and O365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance the cash fund every morning and evening.
• Complete daily opening and closing procedure checklists.
• Prepare and reconcile bank deposits.
• Accurately process customer sales and payments.
• Maintain an organized and secure office environment.
• Answer incoming calls, distribute messages, and manage store voicemail.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on service tickets.
• Verify and schedule deliveries to ensure they are ready to be routed.
