Job summary

The Sobrato Centers in Redwood Shores, CA, seeks a Nonprofit Center Coordinator to serve as the public contact and support on-site at multiple Centers. You will handle inquiries, scheduling, and tenant needs while assisting with capital improvement work.

Strong customer service, organizational skills, and experience with MAC environments are highly valued. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with competitive benefits and office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Experience in a MAC environment preferred.
• Nonprofit experience and/or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and scheduling for public meeting rooms.
• Greet users and their guests in a professional manner.
• Process room reservations and maintain the master calendar.
• Oversee room setup and provide AV/logistics support.
• Develop and enforce written policies and procedures.
• Coordinate vendor relations and assist with budget processes.
