Qualifications

• Experience communicating with government agencies or regulatory bodies.
• Experience handling confidential corporate, accounting, tax, or insurance information.
• Familiarity with state licensing, registrations, and tax notices.

Responsibilities

• Manage applications/renewals for licenses and professional registrations in multiple states.
• Track annual reports, registrations, and corporate filings; maintain good standing.
• Coordinate with agencies, insurers, and internal departments; maintain trackers and reports.
• Prepare renewals, gather documentation, and respond to notices from agencies.
