STALLARD & ASSOCIATES is seeking a dedicated Multifamily Property Manager to oversee daily operations of historic apartment buildings in Indianapolis. The role emphasizes leasing, resident relations, inspections, and coordination with maintenance and accounting teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

You will manage leasing from inquiry to move-in, implement occupancy strategies, and document all interactions.

Formación

• Experience in property management or leasing, preferably multifamily.
• Strong marketing and leasing skills to drive occupancy goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws; ability to apply them.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous recordkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Leasing, marketing and occupancy: manage from inquiry to move-in, renewals, and occupancy strategies.
• Resident relations and lease administration: address inquiries, notices, and maintain professional relationships.
• Property inspections and building oversight: conduct routine inspections and document issues.
• Maintenance coordination: communicate with maintenance and track work orders; follow through to completion.
• Compliance, records and administration: maintain resident files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communication & operational accountability: provide updates to leadership and coordinate with teams.
