Job summary

Vicinia Property Management is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager in Dalton, GA to oversee operations of apartment communities, increase net operating income, maintain assets, and provide a quality living environment for residents. The role is under limited supervision and supervises more than two team members.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and at least one year of residential property management experience with supervisory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1 year of residential property management experience with supervisory responsibilities; 2+ years preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Sales/leasing experience and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Marketing and budgeting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with property management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing at established rental rates.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Train and develop on-site staff.
• Conduct on-site staff meetings; participate in management meetings.
• Monitor marketing efforts and market conditions; input recommendations.
• Ensure vacant apartments are market-ready within 7 days.
