Job summary

Vicinia Property Management is seeking an on-site Community Manager for Tennessee and Georgia. The role focuses on maximizing NOI, maintaining the asset, and delivering a quality living environment for residents while leading on-site staff.

The ideal candidate will have HUD experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a background in residential property management with supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation with active auto insurance is required.
• A minimum of one year residential property management experience including supervisory responsibilities is required. 2 or more years is preferred.
• HUD experience required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills necessary.
• Prefer sales/multi-family leasing experience and/or hospitality industry and/or product sales.
• Marketing and budgeting experience preferred.
• Computer literacy, including experience with computerized property management and / or accounting software desired.

Responsibilities

• Leases apartments at established rental rates and schedules visits.
• Prepares and assists with leasing paperwork and background checks.
• Collects security deposits, rent and other funds.
• Monitors marketing and proposes improvements to promotions.
• Aims to meet resident satisfaction benchmarks.
• Supervises on-site staff and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Trains and coaches on-site employees and conducts staff meetings.
• Develops a team that promotes service quality across residents and vendors.
• Performs market analyses and coordinates leasing training to ensure success.
