Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam must be satisfied.
• High school diploma or GED required; military service considered.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Prior route sales or delivery experience is a plus.
• Comfort using new technologies to improve operations.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for portions of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes and learn customer specifics.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear, positive communication.
• Resolve customer requests independently to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Follow safety standards and traffic laws to protect everyone on the road.
• Collaborate with service and management on route installations and rerouting.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with leadership.
