Responsabilidades

• Recruit and interview applicants for real estate and home equity loan origination and cross-sell bank products.
• Prescribe loan products to meet customer needs and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide high level of customer service and document activities in the CRM.
• Ensure mortgage processes comply with regulations and bank policies.
