Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and register with NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in the bank's digital channel and develop best practices for digital experiences.
• Document knowledge-based items for staff and customers (bank products, third-party tools, device usage).
• Be a resource for Contact Center and branches on digital services.
• Implement new digital/social channels to meet customer expectations.
• Support sales of deposit products, consumer loans and related services.
• Open various deposit accounts and assist with credit card and lending requests.
• Manage customer onboarding for digital accounts and use automation tools.
• Complete training for home equity lending requests.
