Pay is determined by the Licensed Educator Salary Schedule (range $58,000–$89,278), with benefits including health, dental, life, PERA, PTO, and disability insurance. Must hold a Colorado teaching license with endorsements and complete a background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with proper teaching licensure program required.
• Experience instructing students in a classroom setting preferred.
• Criminal background check required for hire.
• Valid Colorado teaching license with appropriate endorsements required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content, format, structure, and schedule.
• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one settings.
• Administer, edit, proofread, and grade assignments and assessments.
• Create a classroom environment that maximizes instructional opportunity and manages student behavior.
• Design assessment tasks to demonstrate understanding and provide meaningful feedback.
