Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a licensure program required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content, format, structure, and schedule.
• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one settings.
• Administer, edit, proofread, and grade students' assignments and assessments.
• Create a classroom environment that maximizes instructional opportunity and manages behavior.
• Design assessments that demonstrate understanding and inform instruction.
• Monitor student growth and maintain documentation of progress.
• Communicate progress and needs to parents/guardians and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, administrators, and colleagues to improve outcomes.
• Attend meetings and participate in professional growth opportunities.
