You will engage customers through multiple channels, present tailored loan solutions, and help manage the loan lifecycle while ensuring compliance and quality service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results toward branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers and present tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive and goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
