Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and clear guidance.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain relationships through the loan lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Demonstrate drive and goal-oriented attitude to achieve targets.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
