Responsibilities include multitasking to provide timely service, building relationships, managing loan life cycle (including collections), and using phone, email, chat and in-house systems.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
