Qualifications

• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
• Killer communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual a bonus!).
• Cash handling, lending, or collections experience is a plus!
• Ready to work regular hours (occasional overtime) and travel between locations.
• Reliable transportation and a clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm, in-person or over the phone.
• Explain the reasons for borrowing and why we’re the best in the business.
• Dive into loan applications, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
• Process loans quickly while adhering to underwriting guidelines.
• Explain loan contracts and ensure customers understand terms.
• Identify opportunities to approve loans and offer credit limit increases.
• Make marketing and informational calls to current customers.
• Reach out to past-due accounts with timely, professional calls.
• Log clear notes with accurate promise dates in our system.
• Calculate payments and answer questions about due dates and interest.
• Enter data into the system to keep the office running smoothly.
