Job summary

Talent Acquisition LLC seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its Delaware office to support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, including case management, discovery, depositions, hearings, motions, and trial preparation.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of law firm litigation experience, strong knowledge of court procedures and electronic filing requirements, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm litigation experience.
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Experience supporting attorneys through multiple phases of litigation.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF and Delaware filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial.
• Organize pleadings, discovery, court filings, and other materials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery materials, and legal documents.
• Electronically file court documents using CM/ECF and Delaware systems.
• Maintain case calendars, dockets, deadlines, and critical matter dates.
• Assist with deposition prep, exhibits, and transcripts.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for depositions, hearings, motions, and trials.
• Assist with trial prep including exhibits and witness materials.
• Support discovery and e-discovery, including ESI identification, preservation, collection, review, and production.
• Draft and distribute legal holds and coordinate ESI collection with clients.
• Track discovery requests, responses, productions, and deadlines.
• Maintain organized discovery files and support document review workflows.
