Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a confidential national law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its growing San Diego office. This role supports attorneys through all phases of the litigation lifecycle in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include drafting discovery, coordinating document production, managing case files, and assisting with e‑discovery and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with discovery, document management, and trial preparation.
• E‑discovery experience, including Relativity or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Strong research abilities using Westlaw and other legal research tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare subpoenas and coordinate document production.
• Manage case files, chronologies, and fact summaries.
• Support depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal and factual research using electronic research tools.
• Assist with e‑discovery, document review, redaction, and production.
• Prepare exhibits, witness files, and litigation support materials.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors.
