Job summary

Talent Recruit on behalf of a corporate client seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation and administrative proceedings. You will work closely with in-house attorneys, business stakeholders, and outside counsel across all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a legal-related field.
  • 4+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience, preferably in-house or corporate.
  • Experience with e-discovery tools (Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, Epiq).
  • Experience preparing discovery productions and privilege logs.
  • Federal court experience preferred; large, complex matters handled.

Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of litigation (investigation, discovery, pre-trial, trial, post-trial).
  • Manage and maintain litigation files and case documentation.
  • Conduct legal research and track case and docket information.
  • Collaborate with outside counsel on document collection, preparation, and production.
  • Prepare discovery responses, document productions, and privilege logs.
  • Draft and track litigation holds and assist with developing e-discovery search terms.
  • Utilize e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Disco, Epiq, Everlaw, etc.).
  • Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for records, discovery, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, witnesses, and expert consultants.
  • Assist with calendaring and monitoring deadlines (federal matters).
  • Review and edit pleadings and legal documents.
  • Summarize depositions and key case materials.
  • Monitor legal spend and assist with case budget management.

Job description

We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation and administrative proceedings.

This role works closely with in-house attorneys, internal business stakeholders, and outside counsel across all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management. The ideal candidate brings strong e-discovery experience and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of litigation (investigation, discovery, pre-trial, trial, post-trial)
  • Manage and maintain litigation files and case documentation
  • Conduct legal research and track case and docket information

Qualifications & Experience
  • Associates or Bachelors degree (paralegal studies or legal-related field preferred)
  • Minimum 4+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience
  • At least 1 year of in-house or corporate legal department experience preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with e-discovery tools (Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, Epiq)
  • Experience preparing discovery productions and privilege logs
  • Federal court experience preferred
  • Must have experience handling large, complex litigation matters (not PI or workers compensation)
