The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, strong Westlaw and e-filing skills, and a commitment to professional growth within a collaborative team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chattanooga.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, DocuSign, Westlaw, and e-filing procedures.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, manage priorities and deadlines, and produce accurate work.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with clients, attorneys, courts, and staff.
• Read, analyze, and interpret statutes, judicial decisions, and regulations; commit to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and organize case and client materials; update case information and maintain file indexes.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, summonses, motions, letters, and trial materials.
• Prepare discovery requests/responses; assemble and index production documents; maintain indexes.
• Process state/federal court filings and e-filings; track deadlines and formatting requirements.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and databases for depositions/hearings/trials.
• Coordinate witnesses, experts, and depositions; assist with trial materials.
