Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for an onsite contract position with a respected law firm or corporate legal department in Florida. The role provides direct support to attorneys through all phases of litigation, with emphasis on case management and deadline-driven tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
• Experience managing discovery, document review, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.
• Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation databases.
• Coordinate document production and discovery processes.
• Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
• Review, summarize, and analyze medical records, deposition transcripts, and legal documents.
• Monitor court deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and hearing materials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics.
