Qualifications

• Litigation experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Strong Florida State Court experience; Federal Court experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of discovery, pleadings, motions, and litigation procedures.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of experience preferred, but strong candidates with less experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Managing Partner and team with commercial litigation matters
• Assist with discovery, motions, pleadings, and court filings
• Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Assist with Florida State and Federal Court filings
• Maintain case files and track deadlines
• Provide general litigation and trial support
