Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.

• Knowledge of discovery, pleadings, motions, and litigation procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.

• Support the Managing Partner and team with commercial litigation matters.
• Assist with discovery, motions, pleadings, and court filings.
• Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Assist with Florida State and Federal Court filings.
• Maintain case files and track deadlines.
• Provide general litigation and trial support.
