The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience, familiarity with Florida procedures and e-filing, and the ability to manage attorney calendars, discovery, and trial preparation in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm.
• Familiarity with Florida court procedures and electronic filing systems.
• Experience managing attorney calendars and case deadlines.
• Knowledge of discovery and general litigation procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, filing, and managing pleadings and court documents via Florida e-filing portals.
• Maintaining attorney calendars and coordinating hearings, depositions, mediations, and deadlines.
• Assisting with discovery, including drafting requests and organizing productions.
• Drafting legal correspondence and other litigation documents.
• Managing case files through all stages of litigation, from inception to trial.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
• Assisting with trial prep, including exhibits and witness materials.
• Updating case management systems and handling admin duties.
