Ideal candidates will manage daily leasing activities, maintain accurate resident files, and use OneSite/Knock/BlueMoon to streamline operations across multiple properties; travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management software OneSite/Knock/BlueMoon is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Traveling between properties required; reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
