Pennbrook Apartments in Philadelphia is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent who delivers outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents while coordinating tours, applications, and follow-ups.

Ideal candidates will manage daily leasing activities, maintain accurate resident files, and use OneSite/Knock/BlueMoon to streamline operations across multiple properties; travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management software OneSite/Knock/BlueMoon is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Traveling between properties required; reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times. This position will also require traveling between properties.
