Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• Experience with marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred, and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide leasing information; schedule tours and take maintenance requests.
• Greet prospects, determine needs, show models and vacancies, collect applications and deposits, explain leases.
• Prepare move-in packets and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Walk residents through move-in inventory and ensure signatures before keys are issued.
• Assist in outreach marketing and weekly market surveys as directed by Property Manager.
• Support resident events and retention efforts; keep the office neat and assist with work orders.
