Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for The Atlantic McKinney Ranch, a 220-unit Market-Rate community in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on leasing apartments, screening prospective tenants, processing applications and deposits, and coordinating with residents and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency with Yardi and related CRM tools, and the ability to work weekend shifts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 1–2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
Experience with marketing, sales, and customer service.
Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstar, and Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and provide leasing information; schedule tours and process applications.
Greet prospects, show models and vacant apartments; collect applications and deposits; review leases.
Prepare move-in packets upon approval of applications.
Explain lease terms and community policies to residents; assist with move-in inventory.
Assist in outreach marketing and weekly market surveys as directed by Property Manager.
Support resident events and help maintain office cleanliness.
Follow up on work orders and help with leasing office coverage on weekends.
