Atlantic Pacific Companies in Doral, Florida, seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant for our Market-Rate Apartment Community, The Atlantic Doral, a 360-unit property. The role focuses on leasing, tenant coordination, and delivering excellent customer service.

The Leasing Consultant will meet prospects, collect applications and deposits, explain leases, and assist with move-ins to promote occupancy and resident satisfaction. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• Previous experience with marketing, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and provides leasing information, schedules tours, takes maintenance requests, assists residents with needs.
• Greets prospects, determines needs, shows models and vacant apartments, collects applications and deposits, explains leases.
• Prepares move-in packet upon approval of the application.
• Explains community policies and move-in inventory to residents.
• Walks with residents during move-in to complete inventory and obtain signatures.
• Performs outreach marketing and weekly market surveys as directed by Property Manager.
• Helps increase resident retention and participates in resident events.
• Keeps the office neat and handles follow-up on work orders.
