Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–2 years in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• Experience with marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstar, and Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leasing out community apartments and assisting tenants with needs.
• Meet prospective tenants to determine lease terms and collect deposits.
• Show models and vacant apartments; explain and review applications and leases.
• Prepare move-in packet upon approval and explain community policies.
• Walk new residents through move-in inventory and obtain signatures before keys release.
• Assist in outreach marketing and weekly market surveys as directed by Property Manager.
• Help increase resident retention and participate in resident events.
• Keep the leasing office neat and assist with work orders and follow-ups.
