Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking an energetic Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Seattle, WA. You will manage tours, respond to inquiries, and guide residents through the application and leasing processes while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Professional communication across in-person, phone, email and text.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and open target viewing apartments.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly in the morning.
• Set viewing appointments and convert inquiries to tours.
• Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm.
• Facilitate the application process and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of leasing office and model units.
• Support resident retention through lease renewals and service follow-ups.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain confidential files as needed.
• Promote safety and PPE usage in the workplace.
• Communicate effectively with Community Director.
