Job summary

Progress Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market and lease apartments, and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires managing applications, tours, and move-out processes while upholding Fair Housing guidelines and company standards.

You will promote incentives, log prospect data in our system, and coordinate daily community operations. A leasing license or ability to obtain it may be required within regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases per company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease application paperwork for approval.
• Inspect target/show units and prepare greetings for tours.
• Communicate leasing incentives and promote online leasing programs.
• Log prospect information and notifications into property management software.
• Post notices to vacate and coordinate move-out processes.
• Assist with daily community inspections and policy enforcement.
