Job Description Summary:

This on-site Leasing Consultant role is all about creating an exceptional experience for our residents and prospects. You'll be the face of our luxury community - showcasing apartment homes, closing leases, and building genuine relationships with future residents. Responsibilities:

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents through available apartments and amenities
• Accurately complete applications, collect deposits, and prepare leases
• Conduct daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails with leads and prospects
• Execute outreach marketing and participate in resident events
• Assist with lease renewals, inspections, and resident service requests
• Collaborate with the leasing and property management team to meet occupancy goals
• Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office and model apartments
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations at all times

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in a lease-up or luxury multifamily setting
