Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a temporary position at a property in Austin. You will handle leasing, marketing, and maintaining resident relations, greet and tour prospects, and sign leases.

Responsibilities include processing paperwork, conducting tours, coordinating with management, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads. Strong communication and basic computer skills required; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is a plus. On-site work with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular on-site presence and resident relations
• Show, lease, tour community and sign a lease
• Process leasing paperwork before move-in
• Maintaining prospect traffic and responding to leads within 24 hours
• Assist in marketing plans and market surveys
• Support turnover and upkeep of model and common areas
