Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial contact to move-in.
• Execute follow-up plans for prospects who do not rent on first visit.
• Aim to meet or exceed traffic, applications, move-ins, wait lists, and conversion goals.
• Complete leasing paperwork and internal quality control processes.
