Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Entrata preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure high occupancy and maintain renewals.
• Maintain accurate availability records aligned with renewal reports.
• Process rental applications for General Manager approval.
• Liaise with legal counsel and City on licenses and renewals.
• Aid check-out workflow and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and timely.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports as needed.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing programs.
• Support resident retention initiatives and customer relations.
• Handle phones and general administrative duties.
