Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property operations and drive high occupancy. You will assist with leasing, applications, renewals and customer service, while maintaining accurate records and reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Computer skills and typing ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and renewals.
• Maintain accurate availability records and renewal reports.
• Process rental applications and present to General Manager for execution.
• Coordinate licenses and renewal processes with City/Legal counsel.
• Support checkout inspections and vacated unit processes.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports and assist with marketing programs.
• Develop resident retention initiatives and maintain professional communication.
• Answer calls and handle general administrative duties.
