Qualifications

• Availability to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week.
• Personal, reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities.
• Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Handle resident inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area.
