Job summary

BG Staffing is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Richmond, VA 23230. This contract opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday, and a start date ASAP. Pay is $21/hour.

You will greet prospective residents, provide tours, process applications, maintain records, and assist with marketing and resident engagement while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced leasing office.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy office.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information.
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and future residents.
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication.
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment.
• Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth leasing process.
